What brings us to that level is our creativity and we are now looking for a new Creative Director to build on the outstanding work our outgoing Creative Director has produced. We have grown rapidly in the last 6 months and we are looking for a new member of staff who is as committed to delivering the best results for our clients as we are.
We’re looking for an amazing creative talent, someone who combines strong creative ideas with excellent art working skills to turn out stunning work that is accurate time after time. We need someone with at least 8 years agency experience and hands-on experience working across digital and print media projects. They should be used dealing directly with clients both in person and on the phone and have no problem working to deadlines, interpreting written briefs and taking art direction.

• A Degree in Graphic Design
• Extensive experience in brand development
• Graphical composition, typography, visual communications.
• Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS.
• Designing wire frames.
• HTML / CSS / JS.
• A passion for technology, gadgets, social media, advertising photography and design.
• Strong client presentation and pitching skills.
• Internal Communications experience would be advantageous.
• Digital Experience would also be of great benefit.
The successful candidate will be shaping a creative department and thus will be a key part of the management team here in Grafton Media. They will be leading a small team of approximately 4 covering a mixture of content and design staff as well as dealing with freelance designers and developers on both print and web projects so experience with resource management is a must.
